EHI researched and prepared for its engineer client a set of detailed DBE plans for small Kentucky airports that received Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) funding. EHI calculated the overall DBE participation goals for the FAA funded airport projects, developed objectives and policy statements in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49CFR Part 26 regulations, and coordinated the preparation of plans with the Atlanta Regional FAA office.
