Department of Energy – Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant (PGDP) Citizens Advisory Board

EHI Consultants is providing professional administrative, technical, and outreach support for the Environmental management (EM) Program’s (PGDP) Citizens Advisory Board in accordance with the federal law and Department of Energy policies.

EHI is providing professional services to support the EM Citizens Advisory Board (CAB). This federal Superfund Site mandates a community board comprised of local residents and citizens to review the
clean-up efforts and the progress to the Department of Energy (DOE).

EHI is responsible for the coordination of information and assistance provided to the CAB, to assist the
board in developing outreach activities to the public, and budget management and operation of the board activities. EHI plans and facilitates events as needed.

Specific Services Performed by EHI includes:
  • Assist in the recruitment of CAB members and appointments
  • Support DOE during CAB meetings and task force meetings
  • Support CAB personnel in communications with DOE and other Site Specific Advisory Boards
  • Maintain CAB website
  • Coordinate presentations to area groups
  • Provide board facilitation services, and meeting videotapes
  • Publish quarterly newsletter and annual report
  • Provide all aspects of administrative support to the CAB
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, procedures and DOE directives relating to public involvement and public information
