Project consisted of EHI preparing a portion of a feasibility study for the Bluegrass Airport relating to population, demographic, transportation and land use analysis. EHI managed the production and delivery of the socioeconomic phase of the document and worked closely with state and local agencies in determining the impact of the feasibility study.
