This project located in Louisville , Kentucky involves the extension of River Road between 7 th and 12 th streets; the new route will connect Rowan Street with River Road . EHI work task includes the refinement of preliminary highway drawings, final roadway design plans - line and grade and alignment. EHI is also assisting in the preparation of construction documents and providing support in the completion of the Phase I environmental requirements.
