EHI provided professional engineering services to TMMK in the detail design and calculations to capture rainfall runoff into a designed detention basin. EHI provided design details that modified the existing detention structure to contain the total amount of surface water runoff. A set of construction plans and specifications were prepared and provided to the client that modified the existing detention structure.

• Determined the hydrologic parameters of the site (area, time of concentration, land use coefficients)
• Determined the 100 year -24 hour event hydrograph and peak discharge
• Inspected the existing detention facility, outlet structure and the emergency spillway
• Evaluated the outlet structure and emergency spillway (stage-discharge curve)
• Final report with construction plans and specifications
